Been a very, very long time since we gave this place a shot. I have to say, the ez kiosk ordering, the friendly staff was a pleasant surprise. The food. It was superb. I couldn’t get over it, everything was fresh, hot and just perfect! We were talking about this ONE visit, all the way to a recent day trip to Tampa. We decided we will just wait and stay faithful to our local place! Seems they have a good thing going on! Keep up the great work!

I’ve always liked Steak And Shake. On our last visit the staff was friendly and the food came out fast. My only complaint and the one thing that sometimes steers us away from going is the self ordering kiosks. You don’t deal with a person until your food comes out.

I didn’t like only kiosk service, only 4 stations and only 1 took cash. I wouldn’t want to be there at lunch hour. Not good for the elderly. Good chocolate shake.

Listen ! I don’t know who was working 1/21/22 and 6pm but… MY FOOD WAS BOMB AF! The burger was hot and fresh and made correctly! It was delicious! The onion rings was hot and fresh and delicious too and really good with the ranch sauce. The shake was delicious! And thick and perfect! If I would’ve had cash I would’ve tipped the staff! If corporate reading this give that crew a raise.

I’ve been here about 10 times the last couple months now, it became a regular quick sit down easy meal that was solid, but today they were “closed” at 11:30pm with cars steadily ordering in the drive through and other people sitting down eating still. I was in store at the order screen and I was abruptly approached by a young lady saying they were closed and people keep unlocking the door. Thanks for your inconsiderate actions on this Saturday night 12-3-22

Order at the quioskos in the front. You can pay cash or with card. Take a seat and wait to get called. Nice, clean location. They have someone CONSTANTLY cleaning and picking up. Food is always great here.

Haven’t visit since I was in my early 20s and I’m happy they are still open. Drive through lines has improved with wait time. Ordered a fresco melt with my partner and it was made exactly how I remembered it from many years ago.
