Went to subway today… experienced something very unprofessional. The girl in the glasses was a little rude also was on the phone while making the sandwiches. Leave the gossip for after work and focus on providing excellent customer service. Other than that the gentleman in the glasses was awesome! Quickly stepped in while the girl went to the back to continue her cell phone conversation.

The kid making sandwiches on Friday the 29th of June was rude, sloppy and slow. He spent most of the time we were there in the bathroom. He had earphones in while working the counter and was snappy when I had to repeat myself while giving my order. I wont be coming back if he remains an employee . Usually have good things to say, but not today

What a terrible experience. My friend ordered a 12 inch sub and they gave a sub with bread that probably was few days old. I pointed out to my friend that it seems like an old bread, as it was too dry. My friend asked the employees, and they said it was fresh. Eventually, when my friend tried eating it, he could not even properly bite in to it. It was like eating a cardboard pretty much. I got the same sub combination, and mine was ok. Instead of throwing away old bread, they are just reusing them on random customers. My friend also had stomach upset that afternoon after eating this sub. He actually ate only half of it and threw away the rest

This is probably the most horribly run Subway in the State at least! I have observed numerous issues over the last 1 year. Just today, I went in there and the place was hot like a oven and very suffocating! They don’t have A/C on, and the doors are closed! It is one of the coldest days today and this place was still suffocating and hot. I told the lady who is making the sub to at least open the door, as we can’t even breathe and she acted as if she did not care! I opened the door myself later and some of the fellow customers thanked me.

Finally met the guy with the bad attitude I heard old ladies talking about. Words can not describe how rude and bad this guy is. I have no words. It’s like he is trying to make a prank show out of being the worlds worst sandwich maker. There was a young girl in front of me who had been waiting at least 10minutes patiently, only for him to literally throw her sandwich in the toaster so Carelessly that all the ingredients came out (check your oven) and she left empty handed with no apology just like the girl before her. I also left empty handed and extremely agrivated at this guys attitude and service, it’s complete disrespect.All your ingredients have been cross contaminated, he was throwing steak at the Sandwiches so hard it was ending up in the chicken pot etc) Hands down longest wait I have ever had, only for 4+ customers (everyone inside) walked out disgusted & empty handed. The guy needs to lose his job or somebody is going to make him quit.

This place should be shut down! Extremely hot inside when it’s 52°F outside at 7:25pm in the winter! The worst of it was after I noticed the enormous amount of nats flying all over the food!!! Health Department should be notified about this!!! I left immediately after I saw all the nats which usually means the place is dirty!

they have the prices for two sizes of drinks posted, small and medium. so you think you’re ordering a large and get socked with a dollar or more than expected. good food though and messy tables.

I love subway .I used to work for subway .The service is normally good but the employee in the afternoon was super rude and made a horrible sandwich . This employee needs to be retrained and talked to. If he doesn’t like he’s job he needs a new one .
