Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. This sweet green is clean and the people are friendly. My salad is good and delicious. I’ve been to many many sweet greens and this is on par with the rest. It even has a cool sign out front to match the neighborhood aesthetic

I got the make your own salad with only tomatoes, cucumbers, and grilled chicken -no lettuce. They only gave me a scoop of each which had like 7 of each ingredient. And filled up 1/10 of the bowl. This was $15. The chicken tasted industrial. The worker rolled her eyes when I asked for bread which comes with the meal. The bathrooms were also gross. This establishment doesn’t seem to care. I hope it goes out of business, there are so many better options for a cheaper price. In an affluent town like Woodbury this place won’t be here much longer.

When this place opened up I was excited and liked the food, even though its overpriced. But as time went by the portions got smaller and the flavor got duller. Sure, they pile on the lettuce sky high but what about the good stuff, the roasted carrots and such? Skip this place, save your $18 and get yourself food from a real restaurant.

Ordered a buffalo chicken bowl. They left out the dressing and hot sauce even though it was requested. The blackened chicken is very heavy on cumin but pretty light on other spices. This might be a personal preference but, if I’m making or buying a rub, I prefer to see cumin as a lesser, not main, ingredient. I requested broccoli be added and almost none was included. Customer service is an a challenge as I could not get anyone on the phone. Their website encourages you to email them while the phone eventually forces you to text with them and the responses from them are very delayed 45 or so minutes. I did complain via text and they are refunding my money but not including salad dressing with a salad (and based on the reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence) is a major error.

Edit: I came back to update my review. Things have gotten much better. While not perfect, there are significant improvements across quality. I’ve been ordering pretty consistently this past month (May 2023) and it’s a world’s difference from before, so it’s only fair to update this accordingly. While some parts of my order might be wrong, they have been kind, tried to fix the issue, and provide top notch customer service. I have an experienced the exact same issues I had 4 months ago.

I’m a regular at this Sweet-green location and every time I’ve been here I’ve noticed one specific employee. I’ve noticed this man is a manager and is always on his phone, on a call, and is always in a back corner wondering around doing absolutely nothing. I once said Hello to him as he walked by the front counter and he completely ignored me and walked away on his phone. I asked an employee about this worker and he responded with “Hes a manager but doesn’t do anything, it’s nothing new.” Definitely train your worker better. It’s a shame that one is being paid to do absolutely nothing—I don’t ever write reviews but this just had to be addressed.

Really frustrating to see the time on Google say they’re open till 9. I got there by 755 and saw the door say 8 with all the chairs put up. I was hoping cause it’s still fast food they’d be open till 8 on a Friday… nope not the case. They were definitely fully closed by 740/745.

We were originally going to eat at Ben’s Diner, but when I saw this place next door I had to check it out, and I’m glad I did! It reminded me of Flower Child, an Arizona based chain. I ordered the Miso Bowl with pesto vinaigrette and tofu instead of chicken. Soooo yummy! My husband ordered the Garden Cobb and our son got the adorable kids meal called Little Harvest, which is roasted chicken, hot roasted sweet potatoes, apples, sunflower seeds and we substituted green goddess ranch for the hot honey mustard. He’s 4, and at first he said the ranch wasn’t good just because it was different from what he was used to but I said it was special Ranch and he eventually liked it. I love that they support local farms and businesses, and from what I can see it seems like the majority of the negative reviews come from a new restaurant trying to accommodate special requests as best they can and sometimes small mistakes happen, especially when you aren’t face to face as they are preparing your food. I am so excited this restaurant is here and will definitely be back!

Food is great. Employees are great. Two stars because they are incredibly UNDERSTAFFED. The wait is always long because staff is consumed with online orders. It’s not fair to the employees or customers. They’re also always out of something.
