I haven’t eaten in Taco Bell in ages. Usually on the go. I went in this time, tried new items, and noticed other. I will go back and try. Service was friendly, and fast food was fresh and tasteful. I even avoided the shell foods and got the bowl that helped keep my diabetes down. Way to go, Dunbar Taco Bell

This chain is one of the worse besides mcdonalds when it comes to food and order accuracy they couldn’t get it right if they were paid…. oh wait they are paid to do it. Ridiculous and if you are a vegetarian or have picky eaters don’t go here because as soon as u say to leave something off it’s right on there if not with extra. They gave me scraps for my kids cinnamon twist after I specifically asked if they had fresh ones made and the response was yes.. and for someone who doesn’t eat beef I was charged $2.10 to switch the beef in my tacos out for 4 pieces of grilled chicken in my 3 tacos. Chicken is a cheaper meat than beef typically so don’t understand that.

Order 3 burritos without sour cream. They also removed the nacho cheese and I told them it was wrong on the screen which they fixed. When I got to the window and they handed my order I asked if they had the nacho cheese on them and they asked the cook and he lied about it and said yes. Got home about 20 minutes away in another town to discover his deception!

What happened to Taco Bell? I haven’t been but twice recently and both times the food was scarce, it felt like they handed me an empty bag and the contents were cold. I would have gotten more food if I had just sauced up the wrappers and ate them, and it was pretty pricey. The workers looked and acted miserable, I felt sorry for them (they were probably hungry). I came home and had a grilled cheese sandwich.

The last time I went they had restocked, but the 2 times before that (over a 2 week span) hey were out of the new “chicken strips” for the chipotle & ranch tacos. But pretty good service though. They made sure to ask what I wanted them to substitute the regular chicken or get something else. Offered nothing for the inconvenience but still made sure I’d be happy with my meal.

They refused to give me my food that I ordered online. They said that they didn’t have my order yet my money was taken out if my account and I still haven’t been able to get it back after multiple conversations and emails. I’m adding a picture of nothing because that is what I received.
