Tacos, nachos and burritos are all very good, but the superstar on the menu for me are the quesadillas. They are served on a thicker bread almost like a Greek pita. Once you top a steak or chicken quesadilla with the pico, lettuce, pickled jalapenos, and crema that comes on the side, you have something that resembles a Mexican “gyro” and it is super tasty. I’ve not seen anything like it at any other taco truck or restaurant I’ve eaten at in the area and it will for sure be my go-to order from now on.

Steak tacos and loaded steak nachos were great. So nice to have a food truck like this in the area. A little hard to find but they are in the BP parking lot at Outer Drive and Monroe.
