I just want to show gratitude to Ryan and the staff at this Taco Bell location. Simply because good customer service goes a long way. My mom(Kelli) and I just ordered the breakfast wrap, there were a few order mishaps; however Ryan was made aware and more than willing to fix it. Things happen but we appreciate our customer satisfaction mattered. We will support this location when in the area.

rarely come here because the workers are typically so unfriendly and they are always out of beef, beans, and or mountain dew. However, tonight the young girl who took my order was so nice, friendly, and even told me to “drive safe and stay healthy ” as I drove away. She didn’t portray the I hate my job attitude and even had a smile on her face. All of our food was good but even if it wasn’t tonight her customer service skills were great and would have made up for it. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves to be recognized!

This is the best Taco Bell I have had in months across several locations throughout Michigan. The staff was super friendly, the service was fast and the food taste phenomenal! Plus, it was extremely fresh! I cannot express enough how wonderful they did!

I had a horrible time placing an online order! I called the restaurant and when the manager got on the phone, he was very friendly and tried to help the best he could. Finally after an hour the order went thru and they made it. I had to go back inside because items were missing in my order. When I got home I realized that 2 other items were missing but there was no way I was going back again. I don’t like that their wrappers don’t have the names of the food items on them so you have to open and touch everyone else’s food, which is gross. Hopefully next time will be a better experience! The food tasted good.

We went through the drive through at 650pm. No one is here, but there are two employers smoking outside, one taking out trash and about 4 inside the restaurant. Our order was taken immediately, that is great! We got our drinks quick and then they told us to pull around to the front and walk in to grab our order. Which is very weird to make someone leave their car in a drive through. The weirdest part is they just placed my order on the counter, before I even made it inside, and Noone knew where my order was. When I asked if this is mine 5 employees rushed to the front all confused. Luckily I had my receipt so some guy confirmed it was my order and gave me attitude for not knowing. I would never rummage through a bag of food that I don’t know is mine.

Guys, learn how to fold a burrito. Isn’t it fair to expect a properly-folded burrito when a meal is over $10 these days? Also, why do you put sour cream on a regular crunchy taco? That should be optional. Might’ve left a higher score if the employee at the window bothered to say something while taking my card and handing me my food.
