Salsas weren’t that good. Needed more spiciness. Tacos de pollo needed more salt and flavor. I asked cheese and they charge me $2.00 extra. Overall not that good. But service is quick and excellent. Prices were outdated on the menu.

I had ordered take out and when I got to the restaurant they couldn’t find my order . It took them 10 minutes to find my order . I then had been waiting 20 minutes and I asked how much longer for the food and they said it’s almost ready . I patiently waited 15 more minutes and I asked again when will the food be ready and they said they had barely started making the food . At this point I was very frustrated . They handed me my food without a bag, I had to ASK for the bag . When I got home my order was completely wrong, I was missing 2 tacos and they gave me different tacos than what I had asked for. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN . Tacos were extremely dry as well .

Good menudo! Nice portion prepared well. These people DO know how to make it. Service was good attentive and prices were reasonable. Place was a lil bit dark for my liking the area we were sitting in did not have much light other than that all good.

I attempted to order from the resturant at 910pm when the hour of operation showed 10pm. We called at 910 and we’re put on hold for 14 minutes. During this time we drove to the resturant, still on hold. Upon arriving to the resturant we were met with a cashier /manager that stated the kitchen was closed at 930. Considering we arrived before 930 we were turned away. Other people arrived at the resurant and were told the dinning rom closed at 945. Total unprofessional behavior. Was told by manager Adrianna that kitchen closed at 930 while she was counting money, a task to be done at the end of business. Considering we we’re about to spend $80 I think I have a reason to complain.When asked to speak to her boss she stated she could not give out the name. Only gave Mari as a person to speak with. Durangos has good quality food, but horrible service this night.

I just ate here for the first time and I must say that I was impressed. I got the steak burrito with everything and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was evenly grilled and had a nice texture. The burrito skin was lightly seared as well adding to the overall taste and texture. My son got the steak tacos and loved them. I will definitely be going back.

Personally I love stakes the tampiqueña is my favorite. The plate itself was humongous with tiny portions of rice, beans. Salad, and a quesadillas. The actual stake was almost as tiny as the other portions, it had a decent flavor but overcooked because it was also a thin cut. This plate looked like an ” entre” and not as a “tampiqueña and for the price they charge they should’ve served a nice size steak and keep the other “distractions” in the kitchen.

I said no cheese . They still put cheese on my food .My mom has a severe allergy to dairy . They serve me dirty shrimp (not devine’s with shell shrimp) tacos. Didn’t want to give me my money back for the mistake they made. Manager RUDE and a liar. Bad customer service.Last time I would be here!
