orange chicken had no meat no flavor but a fat squishy feeling in your mouth is what you will get I’m actually mad I spent 30 bucks total to be disappointed and not even eat the food anymore

I Ordered 4 lunch specials and a coupon was used for free fried rice. I got a call that the coupon will not be honored and she did not know what I did for the coupon to go through. I informed her that I only placed the order and that since the coupon went through on my end and her end that it should be honored at at least half price or removed from the site completely if it’s expired like she said. This was an online order. The lady continued to be rude and insinuate it was something I did, and they were not honoring it. I canceled my order and decided the food was not worth it. Last time I ordered prior to the pandemic we all got ill. So it may have been a blessing that this happened. One customer won’t break them, but I was trying to support local without the rude accusations. Do with this information what you will. I never got to the food part and have not ordered from them since early 2018.

The worst food and worst customer service…. They like to rush people when placing a phone order. They send me spoiled food and not willing to replace it. I also placed an order for fried rice for my daughter, the lady on the phone rushingly asked me what kind, I said Fried rice….Then she said all the options but I said no I don’t want any meat. She quickly said ok vegetable fried Rice, I again said yeah I don’t want meat. She pushed the Vegetable fried rice instead of the plain fried rice because it costed a few more bucks. I didn’t care about the money, I just wanted to get the plain fried rice for my child. Once They delivered my order and I found out it was wrong, I called her again very politely I asked her that this was wrong……she said but you said Vegetable fried rice…. I said no I didn’t, you were well aware of what I wanted but you pushed the vegetables fried rice. She was very Rude…. I will never order from this nasty, discussing place. I would give them a big Fat ZERO, the lady who answered the phone to help me with my food concern didn’t help the situation at all….and added at the end of her phone call she didn’t care for a good or bad review. Please don’t waste your money in such disgusting place and RUDE people.

Now in my phone I have this restaurant saved as “Best” Chinese Food and have been ordering from them for a few years. Well today I ordered Kung Pao Chicken with added Shrimp for $4 more. It was dry and they added exactly 3 Shrimp which comes up to $1.33 for each Shrimp. Yeah they deserve 2 stars for this mess. Smh

Walked in to pick up an order my boyfriend placed for us. I got the order and started walking out, not realizing it hadn’t been paid for, when the woman started SCREAMING at me “YOU NEED TO PAY YOU NEED TO PAY” I quickly turned around and apologized for my mistake. She proceeds to presumably talk about me to her coworker in their native language. I apologize again and she completely ignores me. I pay and say thank you and apologize AGAIN and she says nothing but continues to talk to her coworker. I get home and both meals we ordered were COMPLETELY wrong. Not even dishes we usually order. The woman screamed at me like no one has ever screamed at me before AND in front of other customers. Bad service and mediocre food. This will be the one and only time I order with them.

We ordered food on Friday evening. The person who took my order on the phone, and the person who delivered were very nice. However the food that evening was really bad. We got General Tso Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Both were really bad. The chicken seemed to be sour and had gone bad. We spent a lot of money for food that couldn’t be eaten.
