I found a dead fly in my fries I took a photo too HOW GROSS!!! Ordered online and was missing a couple meals. Checked bag and had sauce all over my food! They replaced what was missing but when I came home the quality of my food wasn’t fresh and wasn’t very good. For almost 30 dollars youd think I would atleast get fresher fries. Hopefully it improves in the future because I was bummed out this time. I FOUND A FLY IN THE BOTTOM OF MY FRIES

I like the food from this location but the employee was being a little short with me when I asked about why I had so much ice in my coke. I asked if I could dump out the ice and he insisted no “because we’re out of medium and this is a large cup”. Yeah, I understand but all of that ice would’ve watered down the drink till it’s practically water. Aside from the drink, the food was great.

I actually love Wendy’s but had the worst experience today. I ordered my food online and selected drive thru to pick it up. There was no one in line but they immediately sent me to the online pickup parking space. I had to wait for a good five minutes. When the guy brought my food he had two sacks. He said he didn’t know which one was my sack so he took the wrapped hamburger out of the sack with his bare hands and opened it up see if that particular sandwich was mine with bacon. Then he dropped the rest of my food. So he handed me the partially unwrapped hamburger and went back in the store to replace the rest. Needless to say I was and am very dissatisfied. There was no receipt either. So I may or may not have the correct order. Who knows ♀️?

I have been coming to this Wendy’s once every month or so for the past few years. It is hands down the slowest and worst ran Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Orders are consistently wrong. Workers are poorly, if at all, trained. Good luck to them but it’s not worth it anymore.

I cannot believe the craziness that was going on at this place today. I feel like I was actually robbed by the drive thru. They were taking orders by paper because the speaker was not working. That’s no big deal. I waited inline for 25mins to get up to the window. Also this not a big deal. The woman at the register read back an order that was not mine and quickly went to fix it and get the correct order cooking. That’s when the boss showed up by the window and it became crazier than a Jerry Springer episode. Yelling and screaming at employees (window was wide open). 3 minutes later I was tossed a bag of food by the same boss lady. She was on the phone at this time and not hearing anything I am saying. When I tried to ask for my drink the glass was slammed shut. It was after that I found out the food was not mine. I had to get back to work that is why I didn’t go in the store to confront these people. Never again will I go to this place. I payed alot of money for my order and never got to see any of it. They stole my money. After all that, I also was never given a receipt. One woman took my card for payment. Another handed it back and was trying to apologize for what was happening in the background. The camera footage would be very entertaining if someone could get it. I’m going to be contacting my bank to get my money back.

Took almost 20 minutes to get my order and when I did it was wrong. Watched a worker go out and smoke weed twice while my children and I were there. The floor by the drink fountain was wet and my 7 year old fell and the staff could care less. The tables were sticky. Terrible experience for sub par food

This place is horrible I have tried five times to order my food through the drive-thru and each time I go to pay they don’t know who I am. It IS NOT THAT HARD I have done fast food. Get EMPLOYEES THAT Know what they are doing and NEW Management or even better just close the place down and put something better.

It was okay, the most of the workers where not using gloves or hair nets… they took atleast 20 minutes to make our food, mess it up and then fix it, they had another customer who got a chicken sandwich instead of a burger.. in the end we got our food and got out of there
