We’ve been going to this Zaxby’s once a week for 6+ months. When we first started going this place was amazing. The service and food were great! But it does seem like here in the last month or so it has went down hill. The service all depends on what day you go and the food quality seems to went down. I’m not sure what has changed in the last month but I wish it’d go back to how it was before.

I arrived with my family at 9:45 pm, the girl at the counter asked me if I wanted dine in or to go, I told her to dine in, she told me that there was no problem, then after eating with me family, they will take me out twice. I never go back to this restaurant. (09/01/2023)

After improperly ringing up the salad my girlfriend asked for, letting our food sit even though we are dine In when presented with an issue (salad) and offered a chance to correct it, they took so long to make her salad that nearly our entire party of 8 had already finished eating then the staff standing behind the counter don’t even care enough to approach our party to address the concern of the grilled chicken being a dollar more expensive when they hadn’t even made the replacement salad in the first place. This is by far the most unprofessional zaxbys I’ve ever been in and will not step foot in here ever again.

This is the WORST Zaxbys location. The employees are always rude and you ALWAYS have to pull forward and wait for your food (we only ordered a grilled cheese) 45 minutes for a grilled cheese. This has happened before, I will never come back to this location, go to Afton yall! They are better.

Went in to dine a little before 9pm. Had just taken my mom from the hospital for some food before going home. The staff was very cold and disinterested, 40% of the tables were dirty inside. They charged me for a sauce and didn’t give it to me, and when I went to get it fixed the employee at the counter rolled her eyes. Maybe an off night but definitely didn’t give a good impression.

VERY POORLY MANAGED! Absolutely slow all the time. Typically always rude. Meals are always messed up. They make you pull forward after ordering, no matter what you order and then forget about you, and then get mad when you tell them it’s wrong and cold.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I placed order online and part of my order was wrong. I had to drive back to the restaurant and when I asked them to correct it, they refused but offered me a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent the assistant manager, Marisol. She couldn’t solve my issue and was super rude so I asked for her manager. That person was not there so I asked for the general managers name so I could contact them they next day. Everyone in the restaurant REFUSED to give me the gms name. They said they were not allowed to tell me the managers name. What???? I then asked for a corporate contact and they told me they did not have that either and was told I could find it online. I went to my car to get my phone so they could show me where the info was and came back into the restaurant to hear the front help staff talking rudely about me to the kitchen staff. I told them that this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never felt so mistreated.

I order an Asian Zensation Salad and it was unacceptable. It lacked ingredients and truly slapped in the tray with minimal lettuce and the ingredients which gives the great taste. My one egg roll was burnt and I’m completely dissatisfied with a salad that costs the same price as a Steakhouse.
