I used to order the buffalo blue chicken salad. It was a large salad so I always felt like it was worth the price. Don’t forget the drink unfortunately they are not included with a salad. Lately I have been ordering the great 8. I believe that the sauces are tamed down a bit for what they used to be because I have been getting the nuclear. I believe that is currently their hottest. If you love heat I suggest this one and if not I would go below the buffalo. It is not hot to me but was for my mom, so consider your own heat tolerance. The great 8 comes qith 8 boneless wings, fries, toast and your drink.

The food was all right here. Reminds me of a raising canes, but the sauce is not good. The weight wasn’t too long and the staff was fine. I wasn’t impressed with the chicken though, it was sort of dry.

Went in the other day and waited 30+ minutes for my chicken finger plate without coleslaw, people were already complaining about the food and then I get home (I should’ve opened my food to check before) but I get home and it looks like someone looked at the ticket and put coleslaw just without a side cup in it all over my food, I was very disappointed after I got home and had to drive back all the was because my food was inedible. The manager actually tried to throw extra food in there although all i got was one sad excuse for a chicken tender. Food has been good but lately it’s been the worst take out experience yet.

Zaxby’s use to have the best salads. I ordered a Cobb salad in drive thru got home and unload my salad onto my plate I noticed really bad lettuce under the lettuce that looked ok. It was really brown and slimy. People check your lettuce piece by piece. My whole salad went in the trash it was contaminated. The salad was over $10 with tax. For Zaxby’s if you are having a supply issue or any problems with fresh veggies I rather be told salads are not available right now than get a salad I can’t eat with rotten lettuce.

We used to eat here more often. However, the prices have gone so high with the service turning worse! If I’m paying the same price as Chili’s for my chicken, I might as well BE at Chili’s bc the service is much better, plus they serve alcohol!! Talk about pricing yourself too high!! Who wants to wait 10 minutes for “fast food” that’s not all that fast??

Ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich from them drove home to find that they didn’t even even put the chicken on the sandwich. They put the cheese on the bottom bun with bacon, slapped some mayo lettuce and tomato on it and sent it out. I’m baffled.

Zaxby’s is a great chicken place! My favorite dishes are the chicken sandwich, the cobb salad and the fried chicken salad. They are friendly and have been doing a great job since covid happened. The dining room is closed, with the drive-thru only open. They get customers through quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, sometimes the chicken is a little tough or dried out, but not always. That only happens every once in a while, thus the 4 star rating.
